The acquisition supports Dental Nation's UAE growth and brings Al Maher Medical Centre into a wider network focused on coordinated, technology-enabled and patient-centred dental care.
DUBAI, UAE — Dental Nation announces the acquisition of Al Maher Medical Centre, a dental clinic located on Al Wasl Road in Jumeirah 1, Dubai. The transaction represents a further step in Dental Nation's plan to expand access to high-quality dental services across the UAE.
The integration is intended to combine the clinic's existing patient relationships and local presence with Dental Nation's wider clinical network, digital capabilities and coordinated care model. Patients will receive direct communication about any changes to branding, booking, contact information, insurance arrangements or clinical services as the transition progresses.
Dental Nation plans to support the clinic with shared quality systems, treatment-planning pathways and access to a broader range of dental expertise. Any new services, technology or facility changes will be introduced only after operational and regulatory requirements have been completed.
